Homecare Services is a family run organisation. We are based in the centre of Rossendale Valley, in Waterfoot, but are now expanding into the Bury Metropolitan Borough. We have a dedicated team of trained and experienced staff and support staff who provide and maintain the highest standards of care and support which allows our clients to carry out the normal day to day activities of daily living; our philosophy is to provide person centred care.
We shall be the best care provider by being friendly and easy to deal with and supplying wrap around care at home for you and peace of mind for you or your loved ones. We are constantly striving to achieve quality and comprehensive service. We have been showing our commitment to the people of Rossendale since 1991 and now we want other people of surrounding boroughs to benefit from the high quality, responsive service we offer.
‚ÄúWe believe that life is for living‚ÄĚ
At Homecare Services we support any individuals over the age of 18 who live in their own homes. Older Adults; people with Learning Disabilities and those suffering from mental health diagnosis. Ensuring they may remain independent, have access to community activities and achieve good health and well being. Further supported by additional services such as our Dial-a-Dinner.
Our care is out come based, this simply means we want to meet your needs and to provide you with a personal made to measure package of care. You and your loved ones will be treated and cared for as an individual, we understand that no two people are the same.
You tell us what you require and we will do our best to provide it
Our care process
The Homecare team based in the Waterfoot office will first receive your homecare enquiry. A member of the team, Jodie, Sarah or Denise will discuss your specific requirements with you and get to know your personality and preferences. They will provide information on the services that are available to you, as well as an outline of costs and various funding options available.
We will arrange for a member of the care team to visit you and carry out a comprehensive assessment of your personal needs. Following this visit, a full package will be offered.
We will finalise your support plan with you and representatives, making sure you are happy with every aspect of that planning process.
We will identify suitable healthcare professionals to support you in-line with your support plan and arrange for you to meet them to ensure that all of your needs are met.
Your person centred service commences.
